Hey everyone! Not to sure if its the weather not being able to make up it's mind, working around sick kids all the time or what but I am not feel good today at all. Chills, nausea and the whole "icky" feeling is going on. But even though I am not 100% today I still wanted to participate in WIAW! So...

So the premise of this idea??
Each Wednesday on youtube I will show you 3 "best of" meals that I had during some point this week. It will always be a 1 breakfast, 1 lunch, 1 dinner and maybe sometimes a snack or desert!

Non-Food Items
A large cutting board
A Sharp Knife
1 medium Skillet
Non-Stick Spray
Measuring Spoons
1 large Saucepan
Ingredients
(serving size = about 4 oz)
2 lbs of asparagus that have been trimmed
3 T I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Light!
3/8 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 1/2 tsp freshly chopped parsley
Directions
1. Fill saucepan about 3/4 full of water and bring to a boil.
2. A asparagus and cook until tender (about 3 minutes).
3. Drain and rinse under cold water.
4. Set the cooked asparagus to the side.
5. Using the skillet, slightly melt the I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Light!
6. Stir in salt and pepper to melting "butter."
7. Add asparagus and parsley to butter mixture.
8. Cook until heated (aprox 1 minute).
9. Remove from heat and toss to coat asparagus in the mixture.
10. ENJOY!
